Submission Guidelines
What should I submit?
The payment form contains a section for a video link. Paste the URL of a five-minute video of a standup comedy set we can load (unlisted YouTube links work well). Longer videos aren't off-limits, but we won't watch the whole thing.
What kind of video should I submit?
Submit a recent video with minimal or no editing that represents your current material and style. Club sets, festival sets, or self-produced videos all work. We want to see you doing what you do best. Don't clip together multiple videos from different performances, don't submit audio without video, and don't submit a VR set.
When will I hear back?
All applicants will be notified of their status by August 31, 2026. We review every submission and appreciate your patience during the selection process.
Is the submission fee refundable?
Submission fees are non-refundable.
Why are charging a fee?
We are nefarious, evil people who have dedicated our entire lives to a long-term scam by which we take fifteen dollars away from hopeful performers.
Why don't you do your festival in this different way I think would be better?
We are not smart enough :(
